My husband and I have been going through a 80s and 90s movie binge this week. If I’m being honest, they haven’t aged well; Mystic Pizza, The Outsiders, and Saint Elmo’s fire don’t really go anywhere and are pretty slow-moving, to begin with. My Cousin Vinny on the other hand is a classic 90s comedy. You win some, you lose some.

It always makes me sad when a movie I loved when I was young doesn’t hit me the same way as an adult.
It looks like you are ready for October!
Wowzers – lots of StephenKing! I thought I’d heard of everything he’s written and read most of them, but there are some new-to-me titles here. I better check them out!

Oh my gosh I thought St. Elmos’ Fire was tough to get through last time I saw it. Yeah, didn’t age well. 🙂
I love the music in St. Elmo’s Fire, but I agree, it’s really slow moving.
I like St. Elmo’s Fire for the soundtrack. I haven’t seen The Outsiders movie in years. It’s the perfect time of year for Stephen King. I read Sybil and The 3 Faces of Eve a very long time ago. Now I feel extra old. LOL I hope you enjoy your reading and have a great week!
I find some movies age well, some don’t, and some are still fun despite their flaws thanks to nastalgia.
I haven’t watched any films in a while. Maybe when my son starts school full time…
I have only read one Stephen King book, which I enjoyed. I need to read more!
Have a great weekend!

I see you’re a huge fan of Stephen King. The book It scared me so much I never tried reading him again!
I used to read Stephen King but can no longer handle all the scary stuff! I loved Legally Blonde! Have a great week!
The nostalgia is strong with some of those movies. The Breakfast Club still holds up well I think, and Ferris Buellers Day Out.
I’m still hoping Fairy Tale will show up in my mailbox, it’s out a little later here
Wishing you a great reading week
