Sunday Post

Sunday Post hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer is a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

Off The Blog

I felt the bern and voted early.  I’ll miss the crowds this Tuesday in Wisconsin, but I was sadly deprived of my “I Voted” sticker.  It also snowed yesterday (although it didn’t stick) and was a cruel belated April Fool’s joke from Mother Nature

  1. Laurel-Rain Snow

Why haven’t I ever read Georgette Heyer? I must investigate and see if now would be a good time to start. Thanks for sharing…and enjoy your week.

    Here are
    MY WEEKLY UPDATES

    • Georgette Heyer is new to me as well and had been putting off reading her, it surprises me because her wheelhouse of books is usually right up my alley.

    • And I am proud to say the state of Wisconsin felt the bern too! April is suppose to bring showers not snow but fortunately it melted right away.

  2. Voting early is a good thing..I don’t miss the crowds..lol No snow, thank you very much. I hope the week ahead is a good one for you. Good luck with the tour, it is a new to me author.

  3. Greg Hill

It snowed here too quite heavily then the sun came out and started melting it. 🙂 Crazy though. I need a warm up. Those readathons looks fun, I’ve done a few that Michelle hosted before and they were fun.

  4. Is it normal to get snow in April for you?! Ack! That seems late. XD It’s getting a little colder here at night in Australia, but mostly summer is sticking. I’M NOT COMPLAINING. XD
Sadness for missing out on the sticker though. 😛
Thanks for stopping by @ Paper Fury!

    • Not being able to advertise that I voted was a bit of a let down, but I survived. As for the weather, I don’t think it is normal. Although last year we got a foot of snow on Halloween, so anything is possible. Also, I’m slightly envious of your “mostly summer” temps. Thanks for stopping by!
