At the end of 2018, life got in the way of my exercise routine. I’ve participated in #FitReaders hosted by by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog and That’s What I’m Talking About off and on throughout the years but never with a true regularity. This year, I plan to hold myself accountable and keep my health and wellness goals.
In the past, I have added short check-lists on my weekly wrap ups, but it became more of an after thought. To help keep me on track and making my health more of a priority, I will post weekly updates on my progress.
My Daily Goals for January
- 30 minutes of yoga
- Arm & leg exercises
- 100 crunches
- 30 squats
- drink 8 glasses of water
I need to take a page out of your book. I like that you have an actual list to follow rather than just saying you will exercise more.
