The weather has felt like November the past few weeks which is perfect for curling up with a good book. I’ll probably have to do a bit of cleaning during the day but that’s what audiobooks are for right?

Opening Meme
1) What fine part of the world are you reading from today?
I’m reading in the comfort of my home in the state of Wisconsin
2) Which book in your stack are you most looking forward to?
- Audiobook: The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue V. E. Schwab
- Ebook: Her Hidden Genius by Marie Benedict
- Physical: Counterfeit by Kirstin Chen
3) Which snack are you most looking forward to?
I’ve never been a big snacker however, I have meal-prepped granola, biscuits with mushroom gravy, and a vegan hamburger helper. And as always, I have lots of tea on hand.
4) Tell us a little something about yourself!
I’m addicted to true crime podcasts. If I’m not listening to an audiobook True Crime Obsessed can usually be heard in the background. My husband and I enjoy cooking and have a very extensive Pinterest board of recipes (half of which we will never cook). I binge-watch How I Met Your Mother/Father on a regular basis.
5) If you participated in the last read-a-thon, what’s one thing you’ll do different today? If this is your first read-a-thon, what are you most looking forward to?
Audiobooks are my best friends during readathons. I might as well rename this readathon and clean out my Audible library as the majority of my list are audiobooks. I like mixing it up with different formats, lengths, and genres. I’ve found having a variety helps keep me motivated. Lastly, and most importantly, remember to have fun!
