The 24 in 48 Readathon started this morning, July 23 and runs through Sunday, July 24. I am so excited to take part in this amazing event hosted by Rachel at the official 24 in 48 Readathon blog.
Her description of the event is as follows:
24 is for the number of hours, not the number of books! Over the course of 48 hours, you challenge yourself to read for 24 of those hours. This can mean reading 12 hours each day, 20 hours one day and 4 hours the next, or 24 hours straight. However the scheduling works best for you!
During my last Dewey’s 24 Hour readathon I listened to a lot of audiobooks. It worked out great and got a ton of reading done. Therefore, I will be following suit this weekend.
Reading List
- These Happy Golden Years by Laura Ingalls Wilder
- The First Four Years by Laura Ingalls Wilder
- The King’s Curse by Philippa Gregory
- The Empathy Exams by Leslie Jamison
